Founded in 1980, TEC began by providing our clients with highly skilled design and engineering professionals. After only a few years, TEC was working with each of the Big Three automobile manufacturers to fulfill their staffing requirements. In 1984, we were commissioned to staff extensive automotive test facilities in Arizona and Wisconsin with a variety of professionals including test drivers, mechanics, and security personnel. Following this enormously successful initiative, we set up and staffed a complete automotive components design facility in Tampa, Florida. We later established and managed a highly complex automotive mass analysis program for a top automaker in suburban Detroit. To help our clients achieve greater efficiency, TEC strategically located branch offices in Troy and Grand Blanc. In 1999, TEC moved to our newly constructed corporate offices in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Today, TEC is a much sought after provider of quality technical and engineering professionals.
